I stamped this lovely bunny print and absolutely adore it to pieces! I'm working it into a 16 patch quilt.
This piece was tons-o-fun to do! I simply stamped the numbers on the fabric and threw on some splatter/spray paint (fabric paint of course).
I created this pillow top as a sample of incorporating hand printed fabric with regular quilting cottons.I definitely see more stamping/painting fabric in my future- the possibilities are endless!
I didn't get much sewing done at this sew-in meeting because my new pal is a HUGE distraction!!! Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts designed this sweet pattern called Chopsticks. I love this pattern, and totally have plans for making another one! I got to gift this quilt to Julie at our meeting. I'm so glad she loves it as much as I do!
I've got a design wall full of WIPs, bee blocks, and a super secret project I've been working on! I can't wait to share!
And- who's headed to Sewing Summit this year? I'll be there - WOO HOO!! I hope to meet a ton of cool peeps!
Oh thats so cool, I bought some stamps last week and this encourages me to make more with it!
